1. Introduction
1.1. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the Services (as defined below), you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, along with FLYDEL's policies (as defined below), constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and FLYDEL (as defined below). This Agreement governs your use of the Services provided by FLYDEL. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use or continue to use the Application or Services.
1.2. FLYDEL may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be notified to you via the Application and/or your registered email at least five (05) days before they take effect. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the Services after any changes, whether you have reviewed them or not, constitutes your acceptance and agreement to such changes.
1.3. By registering an account on FLYDEL, users are deemed to have agreed to all terms and policies stated in this document. If you do not accept them, please discontinue using the Services.
1.4. Definitions:
1.4.1. FLYDEL: FLYDEL Co., Ltd., short for "Fly Delivery," is a platform that connects individuals who need to send packages (Sender) with international travelers (Traveller), providing a fast, cost-effective, and secure delivery solution. FLYDEL fosters a trustworthy community where both senders and travelers are protected, optimizing the cross-border shipping experience.
1.4.2. User: Any individual or organization that registers and uses the FLYDEL platform to connect and conduct shipping transactions. Users can act as either Senders (package senders) or Travellers (international travelers), depending on their needs.
1.4.3. Traveler (International Traveler) : An individual who has planned international travel (business trips, tourism, studying abroad, returning home, etc.) and is willing to transport packages in their luggage to earn extra income.
1.4.4. Sender (Package Sender) : An individual or business that needs to send packages from one country to another and seeks a suitable traveler for fast, cost-effective, and secure delivery.
2. Account and Security
2.1. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (username, password).
2.2. Users must not share or allow others to use their accounts. The account owner is solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Legal Compliance: Users must not use FLYDEL for transactions that violate laws, security regulations, customs regulations, or aviation policies.
3.2. Honesty: Users must provide transparent and accurate information about their trip, package details, shipping fees, and payment methods.
3.3. Proper Interaction: Users must engage respectfully, avoid harassment, fraud, or sharing inappropriate content.
4. FLYDEL Responsibilities
4.1. Connecting and Supporting Users: FLYDEL provides a platform for Travellers and Senders to find and transact with each other, assists in payment processes, handles complaints, and manages package logistics.
4.2. Data Protection: FLYDEL ensures data security and does not share personal information with third parties without user consent or legal authority requests.
4.3. Account Suspension or Termination Rights: FLYDEL reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious violations, including but not limited to shipping prohibited items, fraud, or scamming activities.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Cancellation by Traveller: If a Traveller cancels a trip unexpectedly, they must notify the Sender as soon as possible via the FLYDEL system.
5.2. Cancellation by Sender: A Sender may cancel their shipment request before the deadline but must notify the Traveller at least 2 days before the scheduled travel date.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. FLYDEL provides a platform for Travellers and Senders to find and transact with each other, assists in payment processes, handles complaints, and manages package logistics.
6.2. If the involved parties cannot reach an agreement, FLYDEL will intervene based on evidence, transaction history, and confirmed agreements within the platform.
6.3. If the dispute exceeds FLYDEL’s authority, the case may be escalated to legal authorities for resolution according to applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. FLYDEL serves solely as a connection platform and does not directly handle transportation or guarantee package quality. Users (Travellers and Senders) are responsible for verifying the legality and safety of the shipped goods before proceeding with transactions.
7.2. FLYDEL is not liable for indirect damages, losses, delays, or issues arising from user errors.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1. FLYDEL reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time and will notify users via email, messages, or website announcements.
8.2. Continuing to use the services after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
9. Agreement and Confirmation
9.1. By completing the account registration process, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all content outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
9.2. This document serves as an electronic contract, clearly defining the responsibilities and rights of both parties (Users and FLYDEL).
